How to Delete your Account with AutoSky+

Greetings AutoSky+ users,

There may be moments when you decide to remove your AutoSky+ account. This step-by-step guide is designed to help you do just that. Please be aware that account deletion is an irreversible action.

All subscriptions linked to your GPS devices (Models: APT-100, APT-110, AVT-200, and AVT-210) will automatically be canceled and removed from your account. Access to current subscriptions for all GPS Trackers will be lost upon account deletion.

Here's how to delete your AutoSky+ account:

Step 1: Launch the AutoSky+ app on your smartphone.

Step 2: Sign in to your account using your login details.

Step 3: On the Party Map, click on the “Settings” icon.

Step 4: From the dropdown menu, select "Account Settings."

Step 5: Within Account Settings, you'll see the "Delete Account" option. Select it.

Confirm Delete Account

Step 6: A confirmation prompt will appear, asking if you're certain about the account deletion. If you wish to proceed, tap on “Delete Account” once more.

By following these steps, your AutoSky+ account, along with all related data including Parties, Chats, and Location Routes for Mobile and GPS trackers, will be completely removed. Should you want to utilize AutoSky+ services in the future, you'll have to set up a new account and new subscriptions for GPS trackers.
